Dear Renaissance Ridge Homeowner,

 

An Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for the Renaissance Ridge Neighborhood has been formed. The committee has a total of six volunteers, who are residents in the Renaissance Ridge community. The committee plans to meet on a monthly basis and as deemed necessary.

 

The goal of the ACC is to review any architectural modifications to our neighborhood in an effort to maintain property values and preserve the aesthetics of the community. Decisions made by the ACC will be based on the Renaissance Ridge CC&R’s. In the event an architectural modification is not addressed in the CC&R’s or the CC&R’s do not provide a clear and concise answer to the said modification, the ACC will make a decision based on the following criteria.

 

v     Is the modification consistent with the current architecture of the neighborhood?

v     Neighbor Acknowledgement  -  Acknowledgement of Neighbors that will have direct view of the modifications to be made to said property.

v     Legalities

 

The Developer (Polygon) and our previous Homeowners Association Management (MacPherson’s), did not address some of the completed modifications, submitted modifications, and neighbor complaints. This documentation from MacPherson’s and Polygon has been given to the ACC. The ACC is in the process of reviewing all documentation and will have written responses sent to all involved parties within the next 30 days.

 

Failure of Polygon and MacPherson’s to act on the completed and submitted architectural modifications does not exempt homeowners from compliance. For this reason, all homeowners who have made architectural modifications that have not received written approval and those who are preparing to make architectural modifications to their property should submit modifications to the ACC for approval.

 

Please include a check for $5.00, payable to Renaissance Ridge Homeowners Association, to cover paperwork and mailing fees.  Architectural modification applications should be mailed to:
