Dear Renaissance Ridge Homeowners,

On behalf of the Homeowners Association Board I would like to welcome you to the first edition of the Renaissance Ridge Report e-mail newsletter!
__________________________________________________________________

In this edition:
* Instructions to change your e-mail address for this newsletter
* Next Homeowners Association (HOA) meeting
* Renaissance Ridge Fourth of July Parade info - it's this weekend!

If you would like to change the e-mail address used for future newsletters and neighborhood alerts, or even choose to not receive e-mail from the HOA, just go to the neighborhood web site, www.rridge.org. Click the My Info link on the left side, and you can change the information once you've entered your user name and password. There is a checkbox to subscribe or unsubscribe from this mailing list.

Everyone who has received this e-mail has been sent a user name and password. If you did not receive or lost your password please send e-mail to password@rridge.org with your name, address, and lot number (if you know it). So far we have 206 out of 300 homeowners' e-mail addresses; if you know any of the other 94 please send them to webmaster@rridge.org. The list of names/addresses without e-mail addresses on file is here:

The HOA Board is soon sending a letter in the mail to all homeowners with additional news, but for now they just want to let everyone know that the annual meeting will be held in August (date, time, and place to be announced soon). The Board really needs people to volunteer for the 2004-2005 year; it has been difficult functioning this past year without a Secretary (hence no newsletters!) and volunteers are needed to relieve the current board.
There is not a huge time commitment and it is a rewarding experience to help make our neighborhood better. For more information about the board positions please see the Leadership page on the web site or e-mail hoa@rridge.org.
