MINUTES
Meeting at Rock Hill Court, called to order at 10:10 am
Report of Officers
- Bill Provost – President: Discussed several
issues effecting the neighborhood: Changes to CC&Rs regarding new yard
maintenance rules, approval of new paint colors for exteriors, new
developments adjacent Renaissance Ridge, natural gas pipeline improvement
project through Renaissance Ridge
- Jim Jackola – Vice-President: Unable to make
the meeting because of work commitments
- John Digenan – Treasurer: Discussed the budget
and where dues are spent, the probable need of another special assessment
- Scott Manson – Director At-Large: Unable to
make the meeting
Old Business
- Discussed the capital improvement survey that is
currently under way. The board expects that to be completed in the next few
weeks. This will set the standard for the amount of money necessary to be
placed in the capital improvement reserve for years to come.
- Some attendees of the meeting expressed their desire
for swings in some of the parks. The boards stand, for now, is that the
money doesn’t exist in the current budget.
Elections

Scott Densmore has volunteered to be the new
Vice-President

Renee Ragon has volunteered to be the new Secretary

Suzanne James has volunteered to be the new At-large
member of the board.
