- Discussed a specific locked mailbox per a request by a homeowner. Since Don was to have a meeting with Natural Design to review their clearing of alder trees, he will also check with them as to whether the mail kiosks will take the extra weight of the larger locked boxes. Bev will check on the actual size of the suggested boxes to verify they will fit.

- Yogesh presented a projected budget through 2011. Some numbers need to be revised as they fall within the Reserve Account, which is for capital improvements. John will propose to Pat Huri that they be moved.

- Yogesh presented a copy of the original Reserve Account Study. He will check on who did this and ask them about refreshing the study to bring it up to date.

- Several homeowners are behind in the payment of their fees. Yogesh will request that Pat send them a monthly, certified notice to anyone more than one year in arrears.
