Board of Director Meeting

- Bev presented the draft letter that will be included with the semi-annual dues request in December. With some minor changes it was agreed to include the letter. Bev will forward the corrected letter to Pat Huri at MacPhersons.

- Yogesh presented the bill for insurance for 2009. After discussing various suggested increases to coverages, it was voted that they were not necessary.

- Yogesh presented the budget for 2009. After discussing the various items, it was approved. It will be sent on to Pat Huri and posted on the Renaissance Ridge website.

- Yogesh has been on telephone and email duty for three months (instead of the normal one month). He will contact Brett to have a new schedule setup for the rest of the year.

- Our next normal meeting was scheduled for the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Since there didn’t appear to be pressing issues it was agreed that our next meeting would be December 20^th.
