There have been a few car prowls in our neighborhood that involved theft of personal property from vehicles parked outside. Please take due diligence and do not leave valuables in your vehicles. Also be aware of suspicious activities that you see or hear in our neighborhood and do not hesitate to call 911 to report.

Here are tips from Sammamish Police:
- Lock your vehicles... Remove all valuables... Close garage doors... Light up your entry at night
- Call 911 to report suspicious activity immediately!!

The approved list of paint colors has been posted.  Please make sure to get approval from the ACC before painting your home or fence to avoid being fined.
