July 2008:
Late Fee Assessment Error: The MacPhersons accounting system has
assessed late fees on HOA dues that were due on July 1, 2008. This has now
been corrected and late fees will only apply to dues that are not paid by
July 31, 2008. When paying the dues, please ignore this incorrect late fee
assessment.
June 2008:
- The annual Renaissance Ridge 4th of July Parade is coming! It starts at 11:00 am at 240th Way and SE 9th, and will go along 240th to Rock Hill Park (240th Way and SE 13th). There will be a fire truck, bouncy house, kids tattoos, and free ice cream! Decorate your bicycles, scooters, strollers, and yourselves, and come to meet your neighbors. If you're interested in helping the social committee, contact Kim Mason at social@rridge.org.

May 2008:
- There will be an all-neighborhood garage sale from 9 am - 1 pm on Saturday, June 14th (updated date). If you'd like to participate just put your stuff for sale on your front driveway and/or garage.

- The approved list of paint colors has been posted. Please make sure to get approval from the ACC before painting your home or fence to avoid being fined.

- The HOA's arborist study results (PDF file - 247 KB) from August 2007 are posted. Natural Design Landscaping has completed the removal of the respective trees identified in the study.

- A big thank you to our outgoing HOA board members, Rick May (President) and Suzanne James (Director At-Large)! We appreciate your dedication and service to our neighborhood. Welcome new 2007-2008 board members, Yogesh Gupta (Treasurer), Bev Day (Secretary), and Michael Rose (Director At-Large)! We still need a President and Vice-President. If you are a Renaissance Ridge homeowner and would like to be involved with improving our neighborhood, please contact us. A huge thank you to John Digenan (Past Treasurer) and Don Corbett (Past Secretary) for your service over the past many years, and for staying on temporarily to help transition the new board members.

- The annual Renaissance Ridge Homeowners Association meeting and elections were held on Saturday, August 26th, at 9:00 am, at Rock Hill Park (basketball court on 240th Way and SE 13th). The 2006-2007 Board of Directors started the new year on September 1st, and there is still an open position for Vice-President. If you are interested in helping the neighborhood and would like to join the Board, please contact us. We sincerely thank the 2005-2006 Board for a great year and a job well done!
